The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards. Salary Range $67,000.00 - $110,600.00 What Is the Opportunity? The Benefits organization at Travelers oversees all company-wide employee benefit programs, including health and wellness, savings, retirement, and work-life across all countries we operate in. As a Sr Consultant of Benefits, you will be responsible for the coordination of retirement, wellness, and/or healthcare plans, programs, and initiatives for Canada. What Will You Do? Involved in issue/escalation resolution within assigned program(s). May manage services provided by outside benefit plan vendors. Respond to escalated cases from Employee Services Unit. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements of benefits policies and procedures. May review provided medical documentation to evaluate and determine approval period for family medical leave requests. Coordinate communications updates to support programs across department. May lead departmental projects, as needed. Assist in formalizing recommendations for Senior Management. Create detailed reports and presentations of benefits programs. Perform other duties as assigned.
