Maintenance Supervisor Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Huntley Ridge Townhomes in Clarksville, Indiana. We are offering up to $30/hrs plus $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off. Monarch Investment & Management Group has been actively involved in commercial real estate investment since 1992. In addition, Monarch's ownership also operates Monarch Ski Area near Salida, CO. Great compensation and benefits: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour Quarterly supervisor bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 per year On-call bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call $50.00 on call bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked 401k with matching Blue Cross / Blue Shield medical insurance for only $45.00 a month for yourself Vision and disability insurance Paid EPA certification training we send our in-house trainers to you! 9 paid holidays Paid time off, 1st year = 80 hours, 2-4 years = 120 hours, 5+ years = 160 hours 20% off rent at any of our owned communities, terms and conditions apply Paid additional training/school Tuition reimbursement program Yearly anniversary gifts Tool reimbursement program, up to $500 per year Power tool battery exchange program Winter boot reimbursement program Pant reimbursement program Discount programs at partnered companies such as Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot and more Essential job duties and/or oversight responsibilities: Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority Make ready / turning units in between tenants Painting/staining both interior and exterior applications Working hand in hand with the property manager on a monthly budget review Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program Exterior structural maintenance as needed Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone Knowledge, skills and experience required: 5+ years' experience in maintenance 2+ years in multi-family housing preferred Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees Experience managing maintenance in up to 200 units Dry walling including painting and carpentry Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening Equal opportunity employer
