Government Grants Administrator Part-Time $25/hour 20-25 hours per week Hybrid Role Overview: Under the supervision of the Vice President of Programs & Impact, the Government Grants Administrator is responsible for leading and comprehensive management of all 21st Century Community functions including coordination, and collaboration between programs, communication, data collection, integrity, analysis and reporting. This individual will need to serve as a proactive and reliable resource, anticipating needs and supporting leadership in a fast-paced, mission driven environment. Essential Job Functions:Serve as the primary point of contact and manager for the 21st Century grant ensuring transparent, proactive, and professional communication, while also ensuring implementation and fidelity of program goals and outcomes.Develop and implement a framework for the grant that aligns with both the grant objectives and BGCGTs long term vision.Ensures BGCGT meets all mandated requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures established at local, state and federal levels for the implementation of 21st Century Learning Centers.Manage time and attendance data collection.Develop and monitor grant operating budgets and prepare financial reports.Ensures student and programmatic evaluation activities are consistently implemented. Provide direction/communication/support to all collaborative agencies and organizations. Works with the CFO to create, maintain, and ensure funds are used in accordance with state and federal regulations. Attends 21st Century training meetings and webinars. Perform major project administrative and other duties as required to comply with 21st Century grant guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with budgets, policies, and Federal/State regulations; as well as preparing, maintaining, and providing reporting on fiscal management needs. Ability to use the current technology to maintain records and obtain data and information; familiarity with Vision or equivalent access based data management software preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and possess the ability to remain positive in a busy work environment.
