Come find out why we were voted the best place to work in the entire tire industry for 2019! Job Responsibilities Receiving: Unloading, verifying, counting, and stocking inbound products. Container loads of tires and domestic LTL shipments of a wide range of products Shipping and Pulling tires for shipment: Packaging tires in boxes for Fed Ex shipment and on pallets for Truck Inventory management: Stocking shelves, checking stock, maximizing floor space, aiding office personnel with product and shipping inquiries. Customer Service: Interaction with drivers and local customers dropping off and picking up product in a positive way that reflects the companies core values of service. Requirements Physically able to lift 50-75lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Our products range from small Lawn and Garden tires up to large tractor tires as well as thousands of boxes of inner tubes. Electric ride behind pallet jack use required - training and certification available. Ability to work safely in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and in a group. Good communication and listening skills. Good customer service and relationship skills. Basic comfort with organizing paperwork and detail orientation when reading numerous important numbers and letters. Tire and/or automotive experience a plus.
