Mailroom Clerk Data Entry (Early Morning Shift) Pay: Up to $17.00 per Hour Onsite | Full-Time | Early Morning Schedule We are seeking a reliable Mailroom Clerk to support mail processing and high-volume numeric data entry operations. This role requires strong 10-key skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume 10-key data entry (bill account, bill stub, and check data) into the BancTec Pay Courier system Meet a minimum of 7,000 numeric keystrokes per hour Research and reconcile customer payment information Sort and open incoming mail Assist with mail processing tasks as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong 10-key and data entry skills Ability to meet 7,000 numeric keystrokes per hour Basic computer skills Ability to work independently Flexible and team-oriented in a mailroom environment Schedule Monday: 4:00 AM 12:30 PM Tuesday Friday: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM Overtime minimal but may be required (especially around holidays)
