Automotive Billing Clerk Gary Yeomans Ford Palm Bay is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records and performing various accounting tasks. Duties: Checking deals for accuracy Posting deals into CDK Maintaining related schedules Maintaining spreadsheet logs Reporting TWS contacts Cancellation of FI policies Reporting factory rebates Qualifications: Proven experience in accounting or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8-hour shift Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
