Job Title: Executive Assistant III Pay: Starting at $45.00/hr. (W2) Location: Boston, MA 02210 Contract: 3 months (possible extension or conversion to full-time) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant with 5+ years of administrative support experience within technology-driven organizations. This role provides advanced, detail-oriented support to senior leaders within our global technology client's team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at navigating ambiguity, and demonstrates exceptional judgment, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements. Prepare meeting materials, presentations, briefings, and event documentation. Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner. Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion. Plan and execute team events, offsites, and department-wide initiatives. Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace. Communicate professionally and effectively with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, including support for senior or executive-level leaders in a technology-based company. Proven ability to operate with professionalism, discretion, and sound decision-making. Advanced proficiency in MS Office / M365 / Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs.
