We are hiring part-time, full-time, and PRN staff for our Irving, Richardson, and Carrollton, TX locations. Key Responsibilities: Administer physical therapy treatments, including therapeutic exercises, massage, mobilization, and gait training. Assist patients in improving functional activities and teach them to use mobility aids like canes, crutches, and walkers. Measure and document patient progress (ROM, vital signs, MMT) to support the treatment plan. Collaborate with healthcare teams to modify and coordinate patient care and treatment. Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality. Maintain and assess PT equipment for proper function and safety. Qualifications: Associates Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited college One year of experience in human services or a related field. Must have a current PTA license in Texas. Strong knowledge of physical therapy modalities, equipment, and therapeutic exercises. Self-motivated, reliable, and caring with strong multitasking abilities. Why Join Us?
