Out-Patient Pharmacist Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Out-Patient Pharmacist supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs at the Phoenix VA Healthsystem in Phoenix, Arizona. This contract position offers: Full time opportunity Monday-Friday 9:30am - 6:00pm Full benefits to include medical, dental, and 401(k) 11 Paid Federal holidays plus paid time off No nights, weekends or Holidays but weekend/holiday overtime available on a voluntary basis Malpractice Insurance is provided The position will have the following requirements: Graduate of an Accreditation Council on Pharmaceutical Education (ACPE) accredited school or university A current, valid, unrestricted license to practice Pharmacy in any one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S Virgin Islands. Proven knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with professional pharmacy practice Basic typing, PC computer skills, and working knowledge of MS Office Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours) and lift up to 30 pounds Nature of services include operation and support of automated and manual filling equipment and preparation of prescription orders for mail-out dispensing EOE/Disabled/Veterans
