Finance Manager Consolidations

Fpa Manager (Consolidations) LaSalle Network is hiring an FP&A Manager (Consolidations) for a $3B+ global packaging supplier client. In this role, you'll support centralized consolidation and corporate FP&A across global entitiesowning key deliverables for monthly/quarterly reporting, leadership materials, and performance management. Over time, you'll grow into the primary point of contact for OneStream (partnering with Finance Systems) and help drive standardization, governance, and process improvement across the consolidation and planning cycle. What You'll Do: Support centralized consolidation FP&A deliverables, including monthly/quarterly close analytics, management reporting, and variance narratives across domestic and international entities Partner with Accounting and Finance leadership to ensure consistent consolidation assumptions, mappings, and reporting alignment across entities Own and enhance core reporting packages (flash, leadership decks, KPIs), connecting results to drivers and actionable insights Serve as a key Finance partner for OneStream-enabled reporting; over time, become the day-to-day OneStream POC for FP&A requests, troubleshooting, and enhancements (in partnership with Finance Systems/IT) Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow trends to support executive decisions and long-range visibility Help design and standardize global planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve consistency, speed, and transparency What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, consolidation-focused FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles (open to a strong Sr. Analyst ready to step into management) Experience with consolidation/planning tools (OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.) preferredOneStream exposure is a plus and willingness to become the OneStream go-to is key Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills (ability to coordinate inputs across multiple teams/entities) High attention to detail with a "central ownership" mindsetcomfortable driving structure, timelines, and clarity in a global environment Ready to take your FP&A career to the next level?
