Talent Acquisition Apprentice We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Talent Acquisition Apprentice to join our HR team and learn the fundamentals of recruitment and talent acquisition. In this apprenticeship role, you'll gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitingfrom sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining our applicant tracking system. You'll work closely with our talent acquisition team to support hiring across multiple departments including engineering, operations, sales, and product. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career to develop practical recruiting skills, learn industry best practices, and potentially grow into a full-time Talent Acquisition role at Vcheck. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to learn about attracting and hiring top talent. What you'll be doing Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate interest, qualifications, and cultural fit Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in our applicant tracking system (Rippling) Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and gathering feedback Assist with creating and updating job descriptions to accurately reflect role requirements Support employer branding initiatives including social media content and recruitment marketing campaigns Prepare recruiting reports and metrics tracking time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and source effectiveness Participate in training sessions to learn recruiting best practices, interviewing techniques, and HR fundamentals Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Post job openings on job boards, career portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms using boolean searches and talent databases About you Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field 0-1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or related internships (fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms Eager to learn with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new challenges Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from mentors Interest in pursuing a career in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment Bonus points for familiarity with applicant tracking systems, previous sourcing experience, or knowledge of tech hiring Physical requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
