The successful candidate will be tasked with building the FP&A team internally, making this a pivotal role in the organization. Key responsibilities for the FP&A Director include developing and implementing financial strategies, providing in-depth analysis to support decision-making, and ensuring the team delivers accurate and timely financial reports. The role also involves close collaboration with other departments to drive business performance and support the company's growth. Applicants for the FP&A Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA, MBA, or CFA. A minimum of 7 years' experience in FP&A is required, with a strong emphasis on those who have a proven track record in building an FP&A department from the ground up. Experience in the professional services industry is also preferred, along with a background in private equity, mergers and acquisitions, or corporate development.
