Owner Services Coordinator

Owner Services Coordinator Thousand Hills Vacations is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Owner Services Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the direct liaison between property owners, vendors, and our internal teams. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our owners by providing timely updates, responding to questions or concerns, and ensuring their properties are being looked after with care and attention. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring professional, timely, and friendly communication. Communicate with vendors (maintenance, cleaning, contractors, etc.) to coordinate services and relay updates to owners. Monitor and respond to daily emails from owners, vendors, and internal departments. Provide regular follow-up with owners regarding maintenance tasks, work orders, and property concerns. Conduct on-site inspections of owner properties for quality assurance, condition reporting, and owner peace of mind. Document and track communication, service requests, and property updates using company systems. Support Owner Services Supervisor and Director with additional tasks or special projects as needed. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in the field and performing property inspections. Experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service preferred. Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
