Strategy + Planning Summer Intern Being part of the Zeno Strategy + Planning team means making the complex, simple. The Strategy + Planning Summer intern will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and clients. Responsibilities include: Conduct research using a mix of traditional, social, and AI-enabled tools to support strategy development for current clients and new business pitches Work with S+P leads in the development of creative briefs, trends forecasts, and landscape analysis reports across a variety of industries and clients Participate in meetings with Analytics, Creative, Account, Business Development teams to respond to business strategic briefs Identify and interrogate key trends, subcultures, and platform-specific behaviors to help teams understand how audiences, social movements, and cultural themes are evolving Participate in strategic brainstorm sessions Manage the day-to-day admin activities for Strategy + Planning Pay Rate: $18/hr About You: Inherent curiosity about the human condition - and a habit of asking why, who benefits, and what's missing. Self-ascribed culture vulture and/or data geek, with strong awareness of how platforms, algorithms, and communities shape culture today. Excellent research skills and a willingness to learn new platforms and tools. Experiment with emerging AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and ideation, while applying human judgment to evaluate quality and bias. Strong writing skills can write with clarity, focus, and creativity. Confident presenter. Ability to work independently. Collaborative spirit. Someone who is hungry and wants to be part of an ambitious team. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
