Executive Assistant We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant at Garmin's U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. This role will provide strategic and administrative support to the COO as well as broader support within the company's executive office including coordinating complex schedules, supporting internal initiatives, managing communications and executing day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Essential Functions Assistant to Chief Operating Officer Serve as the primary point of contact for the COO and collaborate with team members across the organization to meet business objectives Must have a positive attitude, high integrity and a professional demeanor Assist with complex calendar management and exercise discernment in prioritizing requests and resolving conflicts Prepare executive presentations, correspondence, and internal communications Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including trip itineraries and logistics, and process expense reports Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate executive approvals Oversee miscellaneous projects as assigned Executive Office Support Manage logistics and coordination of high-level meetings and events Provide support for quarterly board meetings Conduct research and assist with presentations and communications Assist with executive calendar management and meeting preparation and execution Facilitate calls and correspondence to the executive office Work collaboratively with team members, which may include cross training of responsibilities Lead or support special projects and perform other duties and functions as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite OR an equivalent combination of education and related experience Self-directed professional with highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and drafting executive communications Exercise discernment and discretion Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Word and Excel Garmin International is an equal opportunity employer.
