This is a 9-week internship program beginning the first week of June and concluding the first week of August. Interns assigned to Marketing will have the opportunity to work with a specific team within the function. During the internship there will be opportunities for cross-functional engagement in other disciplines. This role is focused on: Marketing Communications Responsibilities: Gain hands-on experience developing strategies that showcase member stories and strengthen key business objectives. Drive engagement through multiple channels by creating targeted member emails, writing blog posts and feature stories, conducting research, and collaborating with the marketing team and external partners. Enhance creativity and adaptability while contributing to high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. Core skills developed include writing, storytelling, project management, and strategic thinking. Explore diverse areas of marketing by shadowing and working alongside teams in brand management, social media, product marketing, public relations, and community engagement. As an intern, you will: Get hands-on experience solving business needs Expand your team player capabilities Develop your leadership and business acumen Interact with senior executives Get paired with a mentor Expand your business network Join in community events And more Education & Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited college/university Seeking a degree in Marketing and/or Communications is preferred Rising college juniors, seniors, graduate students, or thrive scholars Strong written and communication skills Flexibility to work with multi-disciplined teams Strong use of Microsoft Office tools GPA of 3.0+ preferred Participation in college organizations and the community Disclaimers and Work Environment: Nothing in this position description is an implied contract for employment.
