Clayton Services is searching for a Retail Office Clerk to join a thriving pool supply and construction company in Humble, Texas. The Retail Office Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers with water samples, answering phones, and general administrative duties. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $15.00-$16.00/hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Retail Office Clerk Responsibilities: Assist and greet customers Answer questions or concerns regarding inventory and products in the shop Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls Create and maintain basic spreadsheets and information Assist with running water samples Additional duties as assigned Retail Office Clerk Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent organization skills Excellent time management Microsoft Office proficiency Retail Office Clerk Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs Retail Office Clerk Education and Experience: Previous administrative or customer service experience is highly desired High school diploma required Retail Office Clerk - Immediate need.
