Estimator Marous Brothers Construction (MBC), located in Willoughby, Ohio, is seeking a self-motivated Estimator for our Building Groups. At MBC, you'll analyze plans, assess costs, and craft competitive bids that help build the communities we serve. Your Day-to-Day: Analyze drawings and specs to develop accurate bids Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing Prepare quantity take-offs, bid breakdowns, and proposal documents Attend pre-bid walk-throughs and ensure bid coverage Review and qualify proposals, summarize scopes of work Finalize Bid Book and support hand-off to Project Managers Assist with contract reviews and ongoing project support What You'll Need: A minimum of 3 years of estimating experience A strong understanding of financial practices, accounting policies and computer related programs. Excellent communication and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines Experience with Sage, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar program preferred Why Join MBC?
