With a legacy of growth through acquisitions and a commitment to excellent service and value, CBW is now one of the Top 10 leading convenience store wholesalers in the U.S. Position Summary: CBW is launching a Domicile Driver position to support expanding operations in the North Carolina/South Carolina region. We are seeking qualified CDL drivers interested in routes in the NC/SC area. This role is ideal for self-starting drivers looking for consistent Class A miles and pay, temporary change of pace, and the opportunity to be a part of a pilot program that could scale as CBW continues to grow. Compensation (paid weekly): Up to $80,000 in your first year. Compensation is on a formula basis, based on the routes you deliver. What You'll Do: Safely transport and deliver products to convenience stores. Unload trucks using a handcard and food service ramp. Handle 500 - 700 packages per day, with some weighing up to 50 lbs. Provide professional and courteous customer service. Follow all company safety procedures and delivery protocols. What We're Looking For: Valid Class A or B CDL License with a clean driving record. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of CDL Driving experience. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering packages throughout the shift. Experience in physical labor, warehouse work, or delivery is strongly preferred. A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow FMCSA and DOT policies and regulations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to self-manage in a lightly supervised setting. Ability to deliver within store fixed route delivery windows.
