Corrections Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Corrections team. Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments and implementing appropriate nursing interventions. Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure optimal care. Perform standard nursing procedures based on patient needs, including medication administration and basic IV/phlebotomy skills. Educate patients on health-related topics tailored to their needs. Prepare and maintain accurate, comprehensive, and legible documentation, including care plans and discharge plans. Participate in the orientation and training of new staff, contractors, and students. Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols, including N95 fit testing requirements. Requirements include a current, valid, unrestricted RN license issued by the Arizona State Board of Nursing or a participating Compact State. Verified Primary Source Verification (PSV) through Nursys. Current, completed fit testing for N95 particulate respirators. Minimum of one year of experience.
