SOLTESZ is rapidly growing and is looking for key managers to help us continue to provide outstanding professional services to our Clients. The Project Manager position is located in our Waldorf, MD office and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of various civil/site land development design projects which includes Client relations, project financials, profitability, and Client satisfaction. In addition, this position requires direct supervision and mentoring of design staff, including team engineers and designers. Essential job functions include:Client management, project managementDevelopment/preparation of proposals to ClientsProvide excellent and responsive Client serviceMaintenance of project schedules, budgets, and invoicingProviding your team's technical expertise to assist in helping Clients accomplish their development goalsRepresenting Clients throughout key milestones in their projects, including at public presentations and hearingsBusiness development/marketing of firmLeadership, mentoring, and development of staffStaff supervision, quality control of civil/site designs, workload and staff resource planningOversee employee performance, providing regular feedback and recognitionWork together with senior leadership team to accomplish company goals Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer (PE) registration in Maryland required10-12 minimum years' progressive experience in civil engineering land development design, preferably in Southern Maryland5+ years' experience in managing the civil/site design for land development projects (experience in Southern Maryland preferred)5+ years' experience in managing design staffExcellent organizational and delegation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience nurturing and growing Client relationships and delivering quality service Compensation details: 110000-125000 Yearly Salary PI7d1027ce8cc3-29400-37993820
