This role is ideal for independent adjusters looking for steady assignments and the flexibility of field-based work. What You'll Do: Perform on-site property inspections for wind, water, fire, and other covered losses Document damages with detailed photos, measurements, and field notes Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility Communicate clearly and professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners Manage claim files from inspection through submission while meeting reporting timelines What We're Looking For: Licensing: Active California adjuster license Software: Working knowledge of Xactimate or Symbility Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools Work Style: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Responsiveness: Ability to accept and complete assignments promptly Why Work with CENCO?
