Job Overview We currently have an opening for a Full-time Radiology Technologist to join our Portland, OR team. Radiologic technologists are medical personnel who perform imaging procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of patients in a professional manner. We are a high-volume, fast-paced pediatric orthopedic hospital committed to providing the highest standard of care to children and their families. We are currently seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our compassionate and skilled team.Schedule: Full-time The pay range for this position is $33.39-$50.08/ hourly. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity. ResponsibilitiesCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and staff in a fast-paced setting Maintain a high standard of safety, compliance, and patient satisfaction Responsible for a correctively positioning patients and ensuring that a quality radiographic image is produced Works closely with radiologists and physicians who interpret images to either diagnose or rule out disease or injury Demonstrates professional role requirements related to communication with peers and supervisor and flexibility during unexpected work related events Maintains on going- plan for personal growth and self-development Note: This is not an all inclusive list of this job's responsibilities. QualificationsRequired High School Diploma/GED Graduate of an accredited Radiology program Oregon state license (OBMI) American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred 1 year experience in pediatric/orthopedic radiology
