Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Johnston Function: Administrative Services (CA) Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As an Administrative Assistant for John Deere Financial Worldwide Headquarters located in Johnston, Iowa, you will: Create, update, and support Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems Schedule meetings, organize travel, and manage appointments for senior staff Manage meetings, logistics and planning for Deere personnel and dealer meetings Draft routine correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports Prepare documents and summarize data for reports Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, escalating complex matters as needed Welcome visitors and address a wide range of questions Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards Support procurement activities following established procedures VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position What Skills You Need 7-12 months of administrative or office management experience Clear verbal communication Previous planning and organizing experience Policy and procedure understanding Data assessment and analysis experience Previous managing of calendars and travel experience Experience in strengthening customer connections What Makes You Stand Out Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in person and through various channels Highly skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing projects Customer focused approach building positive relationships Handles complex information to resolve issues effectively Education Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Post-secondary, non-tertiary education preferred At John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
