Lead Full-Stack Engineer

Job Description• Architect and build the core marketplace platform (listings, buyers, offers, workflows)• Lead backend and API design, including data modeling and system architecture• Build offer management and matching logic for investors and buyers• Integrate LMX with Salesforce (data sync, APIs, workflows)• Own cloud infrastructure, deployments, and scalability (AWS preferred)• Establish engineering best practices, code quality, and technical direction• Collaborate closely with product and leadership to shape the roadmap• Mentor and eventually lead a small engineering team as the product growsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
