HVAC Technician

Job Title: HVAC Technician We are looking to fill a maintenance position for a cannabis company and are looking to hire the right person to perform maintenance duties. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead by example and instill the mission, vision values of the company. Audit Mechanical systems daily to ensure proper operation Perform Preventative maintenance as needed Coordinating with production team to ensure scheduled PMs meet deadlines and modifying as needed. Coordinating with 3rd party service providers to ensure repairs and maintenance issues are corrected in a timely manner Logging and reporting all maintenance items executed Inventory and management of all critical parts and backups SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Independently motivated Experience in HVAC systems preferred Experience with Electrical Systems General Plumbing Skills Strong organizational skills. Has experience prioritizing and delegating tasks. Strong written and verbal skills. Strong computer skills. Strong understanding of common grow room equipment including electrical systems, lights and light bulbs, timers, irrigation systems, air conditioners and dehumidifiers, and plumbing.
