Business Development Manager / Global Sales Executive Freight Forwarding We are seeking driven, hunter-style Business Development professionals to support a new client partnership with a global freight forwarder. This role focuses on winning new business, building a book of clients, and selling international air and ocean freight along with end-to-end supply chain solutions. Locations: Chicago (ORD) Compensation: Base salary negotiable for the right candidate + commission opportunity Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and close new freight forwarding business Build and manage a strong pipeline of import/export clients Sell international air, ocean, and logistics services Develop long-term customer relationships and grow accounts Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets Requirements: Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics sales Strong hunter mentality with new business development success Knowledge of air/ocean freight and global trade operations
