Trimlite / CODEL is an international manufacturer of decorative doorlites, stile and rail doors and a wholesale distributor of doors, millwork and building materials.Position Summary:The ERP Specialist / Business Analyst partners with cross-functional stakeholders across Production, Sales, Inventory, and Operations to support ERP system design, implementation, and optimization. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, configuring system workflows and Bills of Materials (BOMs), documenting procedures, and leading system testing and validation efforts. This individual contributor role requires a proactive, analytical self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity with confidence. The ideal candidate leverages data to drive decision-making, identify process improvements, and enhance operational efficiency. The ERP Specialist serves as a functional leader—guiding cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring system solutions improve internal workflows, elevate customer experience, and support scalable growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who both performs the work and coordinates across teams, without direct people management responsibilities. This is an onsite role based out of our Puyallup, WA production facility.Responsibilities:Identify short-term and long-term goals to improve order and product management in AgilityDefine process for creating and maintaining new items and document SOP’sCorrect BOM’s when issues are shared by the production teamImplement new work order codes for a cleaner and more effective order entry processCreate a roadmap for new product implementation and coordination among many departmentsCollaborate closely with production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organizationWhen notified by purchasing of discontinued product, flag product and communicate with Sales Team. Once inventory is depleted, deactivate code in Agility. xmvmafuComplete requests for customer maintenance in AgilityMaintain data in Agility related to entry and production including but not limited to Supplier info, delivery routes and purchase ordersSupport Inside sales with rare product requests and project productionEstablish and maintain relationships with sales and production managersCoordinate with Purchasing as needed for sourcing and product availabilitySuggest and implement improvements in the sales administration processOther duties as assigned by General ManagerQualifications:Works comfortably in ERP systems (Agility a plus) – ERP implementation experience is preferred.Experience with building BOM’s and overall BOM maintenanceWorkflow process experienceFluent in Microsoft Office products, particularly ExcelAble to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWorks well in a fast-paced environmentIn-depth knowledge of the building materials industry preferred but not necessaryDeep understanding and advocacy for user needs and pain pointsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas and build consensusA positive attitude along with a growth mindsetStrong analytical and organizational skillsNumerical abilities and problem-solving attitudeExperience in a dynamic product management role or similar work experienceExperience working in a matrixed environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 5% Match401(k) matchingAD&D insuranceDental insuranceDisability insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid holidaysPaid time offVision insurance Experience:BOM: 5 years (Required)ERP Implementation: 2 years (Preferred)Manufacturing/Distribution Industry: 2 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Puyallup, WA 98371 (Required) Work Location: In person
