Gas Stipend- for those students who are driving more than 50 miles, AFL will offer a gas stipend to alleviate some of that financial burden Great Pay! 401K Company Match (up to 4%- dollar for dollar) Job Summary: The Summer Marketing Intern will support AFL's Marketing team by assisting with campaign execution, content coordination, publication deliverables, and marketing operations. This role will work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Digital team members to help manage timelines, organize materials, and repurpose content across channels. The intern will gain exposure to thought leadership initiatives, digital marketing, lead generation, and cross-functional collaboration while supporting day-to-day marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the coordination and submission of marketing deliverables for external publications and events Help organize and track publication timelines, due dates, and materials in collaboration with internal subject matter experts Assist in content creation and repurposing efforts across campaigns (e.g., blogs, social media, email, and digital assets) Work with the Creative team to support development of marketing assets such as speaker graphics, print ads, banner ads, and digital visuals Assist in building and updating channel partner brand pages by providing logos, company descriptions, and featured product information Upload and organize leads from webinars and other lead-generation assets Conduct social media competitor analysis across key markets (Broadband, Energy, and Hyperscale) and summarize findings Update and maintain the Marketing Activity Calendar, ensuring accuracy across internal and external marketing initiatives Requirements: Current student at an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree. Preferred Degree: Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field required. At least a sophomore with a minimum GPA of 2.75 Must be detail-oriented Must be motivated and hardworking Previous Internship experience is a plus.
