Head Of Development Job Location: Miami, FL. Will travel to various locations throughout the U.S. for temporary assignments. Working from home in any U.S. location is an option. Duties include conducting sessions to document detailed system requirements and specifications, leading and managing end-to-end responsibility for capturing requirements, advising on best practices in FP&A and Consolidation processes, designing and developing OneStream applications that meet specific business requirements, creating comprehensive technical strategies, implementing projects using Oracle Hyperion systems applications, acting as an SME during the build phase, overseeing technical implementation, providing direct support to senior consultants, overseeing and conducting comprehensive user training sessions, planning, managing, and supporting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, offering both functional and technical assistance to clients and internal teams, defining technical and strategic approaches to projects, identifying potential risks, and developing mitigation strategies, providing ongoing coaching and mentoring of team members to ensure success. Requires a B.S. (or foreign equiv.) in Comp. Sci., Eng. or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as a Tech. Manager or Sr. Consultant. Concurrent experience must include: 5 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion and 3 years of experience with OneStream platform.
