Reconciliation Specialist Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year Position Type: Full Time Description RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST (Full Time, Salary, Exempt) Looking to join a growing company dedicated to helping others? Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time Reconciliation Specialist responsible for maintaining and monitoring daily reconciliation of various suspense accounts along with other administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Performs daily reconciliations between administration system and the general ledger. Able to communicate with various areas to resolve any outages. May prepare basic journal entries in the administration system and/or the general ledger to clear any reconciliation outages. Prepare monthly reconciliation suspense reports for external customers. Perform manual accounting entries for other departments for voids/reissues/ and other required transactions. Assist with general administrative functions for annual tax and reporting requirements. Serve as a backup for premium accounting assisting with billing reconciliation. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma 2+ years of Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Insurance industry background is preferred. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities Strong verbal and written communication skills Quick learning ability and adaptability to change Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail Confidence working independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and phone availability Why Join Us?
