Project Manager Location: Victor, NY 14564 ( Onsite ) Employment Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Support and Development Group. In this role, you will lead Implementation and Development teams through successful deployments of POS Software for both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, an effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Lead Implementation and Development teams throughout the full project lifecycle, including discovery and collaboration phases Define project scope for retail software, hardware, and services initiatives Prepare clear and comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) to align retailer expectations Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans Coordinate cross-functionally to establish project expectations, milestones, and deliverables Own end-to-end project coordination, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress Track project performance and proactively manage risks and issues Provide consistent and timely project status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical/business field (preferred) 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in retail software deployments Retail store and/or retail corporate experience; POS experience strongly preferred Strong desire to help retailers solve business and system challenges Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven time management and organizational abilities with a strong sense of urgency Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, changing work environment High level of personal integrity and strong business ethics Willingness and ability to travel as needed
