This Direct-Hire role offers exciting work withadvanced design tools in a collaborative and innovative environment. One of theunique aspects of this position is the use of a VR room for designing, whichadds a cutting-edge dimension to your work. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain detailed building fixture/equipment plans and presentation exhibits. Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior design staff. Engage in project meetings and site visits to gain valuable project exposure. Develop and maintain CAD standards and improve work processes. Provide training and support to ensure the team is up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies. Requirements: Minimum of four years of drafting experience in related fields. High-level proficiency in Revit. (most important) Nice to have AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, and Adobe Photoshop. Desired Qualifications: Experience in architectural, equipment, and fixture-related drafting and design. Experience with site improvement plans, building plan development, and commercial project construction.
