We are seeking a Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Neurology in Ohio. Locum Tenens Physician Assistant - Neurology Position Type: Locum to Perm Specialty: Physician - Neurology Location: Ohio Rate: Open & Negotiable Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (6p 6a), 7 on/7 off or alternating 4/3 schedule Start Date: August 4, 2025 End Date: February/March 2026 Position Details: Patient Population: Adults (100%), Stroke and Trauma (40%) Setting: Hospital-Based, Level 1 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center Responsibilities: Overnight coverage of 16-bed Neuro ICU and neurosurgical consults; backup from 2 off-site neuro intensivists by phone Required Procedures: Stroke management, neurocritical care EMR System: Epic Support Staff: 3 Advanced Practice Providers in group, lab and imaging onsite Days Per Month: Based on schedule On-Call/Weekends: No call; weekend shifts part of rotation Submission Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible Physician Assistant REQUIRED Active Ohio PA license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED BLS, ACLS REQUIRED ENLS Highly preferred Experience in neuro ICU and managing trauma/stroke patients REQUIRED Must be able to work independently covering neuro ICU and neurosurgical consults at night REQUIRED Join us today! by Jobble
