Position Type: Full TimePositions Available: 2Exempt: Non-Exempt - HourlyPay: Depends On ExperienceShift Hours: 2nd Shift 3:30 PM - 2 AM. M-THGeneral Description / Summary -The Painter / Assembly Worker-  is responsible for - Able to paint using a spray gun and assemble products. To meet or exceed the set goals. Reports to - Assembly Lead PersonEssential Duties and Responsibilities- Able to Paint using spray gun.Maintains the productivity and efficiency of the scheduled parts being assembled. Monitors their hourly productivity and if set standards are not being met make needed adjustments to get back on track. Maintain good housekeeping and Safety standards and adhere to all Company policiesDemonstrate positive Company Core Values. Be a positive contributor to the Team to help reach the scheduled goals. Other duties may be assigned Production Responsibilities- Perform any quality checks for parts assigned.Provide accurate hourly data on the DBHB and communicate all obstacles to provide real-time visual performance.Read and comprehend blueprints and assembly instructions used to assemble parts.Test finished products for defects and replace components as needed to make a quality product. Continuous Improvement Responsibilities- Participate in looking for ways to make improvements that will help the Team reach the set goals.Cross train in new areas you are interested in that will challenge you and improve your skillset and enable you to be a more versatile employee. Qualifications- Paint parts with high degree of qualityDemonstrate good attendance and be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Possess the ability to focus on quality control.Dexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that can be very small. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Educational Level-High School Diploma / or Equivalent required. Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly work is preferred.Previous Experience- 1+ years' experience in Manufacturing1+ years' experience in light assembly Physical Demands- Must be able to be on your feet for the entire shift.Background & Drug Screening required
