Required Skills Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board-certified or board-eligible in obstetrics and gynecology Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one Proven experience in obstetric hospitalist services or inpatient OB care Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies efficiently Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement Nice to Have Skills Experience with multidisciplinary OB critical care Familiarity with hospital-based obstetric triage and inpatient management Previous work in rural or community hospital settings Bilingual skills or additional languages Preferred Education and Experience Completion of an OB/GYN residency program At least 2 years of hospitalist experience in obstetrics Current certifications in ACLS, NRP, and BLS Other Requirements Availability for 24-hour shifts and flexible scheduling Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Willingness to participate in ongoing training and compliance requirements Must adhere to all licensure, certification, and hospital policies Travel and licensing reimbursements provided when applicable This position offers competitive pay at $202.80 per hour, including benefits such as weekly direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), paid sick leave, robust referral bonus program, and 24/7 dedicated support from our team.
