We are partnering with a healthcare company for SEC Compliance Manager. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. This position involves preparing financial statements, managing SEC reporting, and addressing technical accounting issues. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance accounting processes and maintain internal controls. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $130,000 to $150,000 per year. Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing the company's SEC financial reports, including creating auditable support and analyzing content. Develops and maintains company-wide accounting policies. Develops and manages SEC filings related to XBRL reporting. Participates in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Prepares journal entries and account reconciliations for leases, contingent liabilities, and other complex transactions. Supports annual audits and quarterly reviews with external auditors. Requirements: Self-starter with strong organizational and documentation skills. Analytical, research-oriented, and detail-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated integrity and professionalism. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently. Effective prioritization and multitasking in high-pressure environments. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. CPA certification required. 5+ years of relevant experience.
