Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage full‑cycle recruiting, from job posting through offer acceptance. Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate interviews. Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple departments. Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every stage. HR Support & Collaboration Support internal recruitment and internal mobility initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with external recruiting partners. Contribute to departmental initiatives that enhance HR operations. Assist with compliance matters involving employment and labor law. Help strengthen the organization’s employment brand and presence. Qualifications Knowledge of employment and labor law and how it applies across the hiring process. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to balance multiple priorities while staying organized and effective.
