Nonprofit healthcare organization that has been servicing patients in Boston for over 50 years Nationally recognized as a model for providing comprehensive healthcare in an urban community Smaller accounting team - this role reports directly to the CFO and will have a lot of exposure Responsibilities of the Payroll Specialist: Process biweekly payroll for 500+ employees (MA only) Review submitted time sheets and upload them into the payroll software Coordinate with department managers for any payroll issues Assist with reporting for month-end close Background Expected of the Payroll Specialist: Associate degree in accounting or experience equivalent (2 years) 3+ years of payroll experience Proficiency with UKG is a major plus #INFEB2026
