Note the hourly rate is for posting purposes only (this traveler will not be paid hourly) As an Exempt Traveler, there are no premiums/multipliers in place for this need (no OT, Holiday, Call/Call-back, etc). /week (/day/hr equivalent) Client will not consider any candidate who resides within 50 miles of facility Responsible for directing the operation of the hospital on evenings, nights and weekends. This direction includes responsibility not only for the inpatient units, but for all ancillary and support departments that operate during these hours. Recognized as a role model for clinical expertise; documented ability to make prompt, quality decisions in the clinical setting. Demonstrates sufficient energy to participate in and support staff through change. Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of fairness and consistency in application of policies and contractual requirements. Ability to calmly manage a variety of intense activities or problems simultaneously. History of dependability in maintaining a work schedule and demonstration of work ethic required to motivate others. Non-billable orientation: 8hrs OT, Holiday Multipliers: NA Charge, Call, Call-Back: NA RequirementDescription: Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience [required] Experience in successful conflict resolution [required] Demonstrated working knowledge of the daily operations of an acute care Medical Center, including experience handling emergency/trauma and critical care situations. Working knowledge of staffing systems [preferred] Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, or higher [Required] Documented evidence of continuing education and continued professional growth and progress in health care and nursing. Must be an RN Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need Perm address must be included in profile Any/All RTO must be included in profile.
