Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Network Administrator to oversee the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of network and telephony infrastructure. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership to manage a team of network engineers and administrators. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership and support to the network team Collaborate with engineering experts to design cabling environments for wired and wireless networks Optimize and troubleshoot complex network configurations for maximum performance Qualifications: Languages: Bilingual in Korean and English Experience: 4-8 years in a relevant field Education: Bachelors degree in an IT-related discipline Certifications: Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP) required Proficient in structured copper and fiber cabling standards Expertise in routing, load balancing, and both static and dynamic routing protocols Strong knowledge of VPNs, MPLS, Cisco IOS, and network design/implementation Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions Familiarity with QoS technologies and Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications products Understanding of network security technologies (IPSEC, SSL/VPN, firewalls) Basic experience with network analysis tools (Sniffer, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Apply now to lead network initiatives and ensure a robust and secure telecommunication environment!
