Role: Business Process Analyst Location: Columbus, OH Job Description: Experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role. Strong experience with ServiceNow platform; hands-on configuration or workflow design is a plus. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
