Power BI Developer - Previous WMT - Onsite

Can you please fill the below requirement on priority - any current WMT or ex WMT resource with the right experience is preferred if available Start Date: ASAP Duration: 6+ months Interview: 1 round - video Openings: 1 Must Have skills: 1. Good data management for reporting needs and Advanced SQL (min 3 yrs experience) 2. Advance PowerBI desktop and server knowledge (min 3 yrs experience) 3. Convert Business needs into a great Visualization stories 4. Clearly communicate their data needs with other functional teams like Data engineering etc.. Formal JD: o excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: Data Management Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and manipulating data for reporting needs. Proficiency in advanced SQL to extract, transform, and query data from various sources. Advanced Power BI Skills: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Server. Demonstrated expertise in creating complex data models, developing DAX measures, and designing interactive visualizations. Data Storytelling: Ability to convert business requirements into compelling data visualizations and stories that communicate insights effectively. Strong creative and analytical skills to transform raw data into meaningful narratives. Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate data requirements and insights to cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, Business Analysts, and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborative mindset to work in interdisciplinary teams to bridge the gap between data and business needs. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Experience with other BI tools or data visualization platforms is a bonus.
