Key Responsibilities Emergency Response: Act as the dedicated point of contact for all machine breakdowns; perform immediate troubleshooting and "get-run" repairs to maintain production. Dual-Discipline Troubleshooting: Perform high-level electrical diagnostics alongside heavy mechanical repairs. (Note: We do not have separate electrical/mechanical roles; you will be the expert for both). Electrical Mastery: Diagnose and repair 480V 3-phase power, 24VDC control systems, PLCs, VFDs, and various sensor systems. System Maintenance: Maintain and overhaul conveyors, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic equipment. Documentation: Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to perform precise repairs and document all work within the CMMS. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (Plastics, Extrusion, or Automotive preferred). Electrical Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot 480V, 24VDC, and PLC logic. Candidates will be asked to walk through an electrical diagram during the interview.
