We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Recruiter with fluency in the Spanish language to join our growing client. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the candidate pool and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to successful placement. You will play a critical role in ensuring job orders are filled with high-quality talent while providing an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. Apply today! salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Sourcing & Posting: Draft and post engaging job advertisements in both English and Spanish across various platforms (social media, job boards, community centers). Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, work history, and language proficiency. Interview Management: Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, providing translation support when necessary to ensure clear communication of job requirements. Process Coordination: Manage the end-to-end job order process, including tracking candidate status in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and providing regular updates to hiring managers. Onboarding Support: Assist candidates with the completion of employment paperwork and conduct orientations in Spanish to ensure clear understanding of safety and company policies. Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships within the local Atlanta community to expand the talent pipeline.
