Electrical Engineer - Industrial Automation

Direct hire | Starting salary $85,000+, depending on experience Oxford Solutions is partnering with a client to hire an Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of industrial electrical systems for advanced robotic and automated equipment. This is a direct hire role for an experienced engineer who enjoys hands-on design work in a fast-paced engineering environment. Responsibilities Design industrial electrical systems and control panels Create electrical schematics, panel layouts, power distribution, and I/O drawings Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) Perform electrical calculations for component and wire sizing Collaborate with mechanical, controls, and software engineering teams Support system integration, testing, and troubleshooting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical design Experience with EPLAN Electrical or similar schematic software Strong knowledge of 480 VAC systems, DC systems, and industrial safety standards (NFPA) Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience Industrial automation or robotics systems PLC, servo drives, sensors, and automated equipment integration Experience in R&D or product-based engineering environments Electrical Engineer - Industrial Automation & Robotics - 26-00005
