Job Title: Cooling Tower Service Technician Department: EESCO Service Department Location: Baltimore, Maryland Reports To: Service ManagerJob Overview This Cooling Tower Service Technician will assist with the construction, erection, installation and repair of the structures and fixtures related to cooling towers. Our most successful Cooling Tower Service Technicians: Possess superior communication, analytical, and organizational skills Exhibit goal-oriented behaviors and time management principles Apply extensive attention to detail to all tasks Possess experience and knowledge working with Cooling Towers and related equipment Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and heights Ability to work independently Familiar with industrial tools and equipment Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics; able to read drawings, blueprints, and sketches Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and 100 lbs. assisted Possess a High school diploma / GED equivalent Must maintain an active, REAL ID compliant driver's license with a clean driving record, or a valid U.S. passport, as required for access to federal facilities Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test Scope of responsibility: The Cooling Tower Service Technician will provide all aspects of repair and maintenance of Cooling Towers: Perform routine preventative maintenance Troubleshoot and repair equipment Install, assemble, adjust, and start up new equipment and accessories Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned Cummins-Wagner gives back to their employees: Employee Stock Ownership Program Bonus Program Tuition and Certification Fee Assistance 401k Match Flexible Spending Account Comprehensive Health Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Our History: Founded in 1960 by "Charlie" Cummins and "Chub" Wagner, Cummins-Wagner began as a one-product, two-employee Company in a one-room office.
