Programming / Development SAP (ABAP) Level 2

We are looking for a strong ABAP developer with SAP SuccessFactors experience. The individual would be responsible for: Developing integrations based off functional specifications and/or modifying based on feedback Updating documentation as needed Addressing integration defects and troubleshooting; working with the business analysts and functional business owners to resolve Follow change?control procedures for any integration modifications. Provide clear, business?focused updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership. Identify opportunities to automate and improve code and data quality. Basic Qualifications: • 3-5?years of hands?on experience developing and maintaining integrations in SAP SuccessFactors • Proficient in SAP EC/ECP data flows and structures. • Proven ability to translate functional specifications into integrations performing key business processes. • SAP ABAP certification Desired Skills: • Technical experience with of APIs, middleware, or scripting (e.g., SQL, Power Query, Python) • Experience working in Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies, and managing backlog items. • Experience with robotic process automation or AI'driven code tools. • Prior experience supporting large'scale transformation programs EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
