This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks to assist skilled trades and ensure safe, efficient worksite operations. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties, including loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and assisting tradespeople. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Support construction activities such as digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling. Safely operate heavy equipment including tele-forklifts, mini excavators, and other machinery as required. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines. Adapt to rotating shifts and varying worksite conditions. Qualifications Previous construction or labor experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Must have experience operating heavy equipment: Excavator Dozer Motor Grader Skid Steer Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive tasks. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
