We are hiring multiple positions! As a Construction Laborer, you will support commercial and agricultural projects, performing a variety of hands-on construction tasks. Learn more at Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Perform physically demanding tasks on construction sites (lifting, moving materials, equipment setup) Assist with formwork, pouring, and finishing concrete Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively Maintain clean and organized work areas Support crew leaders and follow direction to meet project timelines Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies Load, unload, and handle construction materials Learn and develop new construction skills on the job Be adaptable and ready to support various aspects of field operations Qualifications:1+ years of general construction or labor experience preferred (open to entry-level candidates) Ability to handle physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality Reliable, responsible, honest, and a positive team player Basic technical aptitude and willingness to be trained Valid driver's license required Ability to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe jobsite Dependable attendance and punctuality are a must Benefits:Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days of employment) Vacation and Sick Days (eligible after 1 year of employment) Travel Projects with Per Diem Paid Training and Certifications Employee Rewards / Prizes Work-Life Balance Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Performance Bonuses Work Schedule:Full-Time Monday - Friday Occasional Weekends and Overtime as project demands Work Location:Onsite - Projects based in Wisconsin and surrounding regions with travel required Join Our Team!
